COMELEC CAMARINES SUR JOINS THE BATTLE AGAINST CLIMATE CHANGE
PILI, Camarines Sur, Philippines- February 21, 2011, COMELEC Camarines Sur, headed by the Provincial Election Supervisor (PES) Atty. Noriel P. Badiola joined hands with the provincial government of the province of Camarines Sur in the fight against climate change. This was achieved through a Tree Planting Activity held in Sto. Nino Pili, Camarines Sur. The foregoing activity was well supported and attended by COMELEC Camarines Sur personnel; a show of their sincere commitment in the preservation of the environment. True enough, said activity has seen success, despite the odds. Such triumph was an unquestionable proof that the Commission, through its employees is not only a bastion of democracy, but of the environment as well.
